As a trained physiotherapist, I understand the importance of a holistic approach to training. I believe that every runner is unique and deserves a personalized plan that considers their individual strengths, weaknesses, and goals. My coaching philosophy revolves around patience, perseverance, and resilience—values that are not only essential in running but also in life.
My decision to start run coaching stemmed from the frustration I witnessed among my patients who were already engaged in coaching but struggling with injuries. Often, they were simply advised to "stop running," which I believe is not the ultimate solution. I strongly believe in a holistic approach that considers various factors such as biomechanics, strength deficits, and flexibility. By focusing on the individual as a whole, we can identify and address underlying issues, ensuring a seamless rehabilitation process that gets runners back to their sport sooner.
